Andrew Donohue is editor of voiceofsandiego.org, a nonprofit online daily that focuses on in-depth and investigative reporting on San Diego’s core quality of life issues. He oversees the publications’ daily news coverage, long-term investigative projects and outside contributions. He has fostered the nonprofit online daily’s growth from a small ragtag group of reporters to an established and expanding news outlet that’s being replicated in other cities. Donohue, who continues to work on his own reporting projects when he can, has won national awards for investigative reporting and feature writing, including a 2006 Sigma Delta Chi award from the Society of Professional Journalists for online investigative reporting.
