Gordana Jankovic

Producer by training with experience in theater, film, radio, television, advocacy, policy, culture and research, Gordana joined the Open Society Institute network in 1992 as a Program Coordinator in the Open Society Foundation for Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo. Since 1995, she has been the director of the Open Society Media Program. During this time, she has overseen the Media Program’s shift from its original mandate of assisting OSI Foundations in post-communist countries to its current global mandate and prominent profile. Gordana is fluent in Serbian (B&C) and English, and has a working knowledge of Russian.
